A playful gym-day tee for the lifter who treats leg day like a personal challenge—and knows when to protect their precious rest time. The front features a determined bulldog between dumbbells with the cheeky message, “Not Now, Kitten—Daddy’s in the Pain Cave.” It brings a little humor to heavy sets, recovery days, and conversations at the gym. Made from durable, smooth cotton with a relaxed classic fit, this shirt feels comfortable through warm-ups, cooldowns, and everyday wear. The seamless tubular construction, shape-retaining ribbed collar, and shoulder taping add lasting structure, while the tear-away label keeps the inside comfortable.
