Processing Time
All our products are made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- Rest of Europe (non-EU): 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days

These are estimates and can vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their own country. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately and arrive at different times, since each item is produced individually.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once production has started, we are no longer able to change the delivery address (see Order Cancellations in our Refund Policy for the cancellation window).

Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. We do not ship to countries subject to European Union or international trade sanctions.
