At Banana Wear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we’ve outlined our refund policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
All Banana Wear products are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
-wrong size
-change of mind
-personal preference
Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do accept returns or refunds if:
-you received a damaged item
-you received the wrong item
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
-your order number
-clear photos of the issue

Refunds
Once your claim is approved:
-you will receive a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation
-refunds are issued to the original payment method
-processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
Return Shipping
For damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs
For all other cases, return shipping is not applicable as returns are not accepted
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and the order can no longer be canceled.
